Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Effective date: June 12, 2026

Truth Seekers Organization ("Truth Seekers," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the ways you interact with us online.

Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

  • Contact and inquiry forms. When you message us or submit a partnership inquiry, we receive the name, email, phone number (if provided), and message you send.
  • Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you updates.
  • Volunteer interest. If you reach out to volunteer, we collect the contact details and information you share with us.
  • Donations. Donations are processed by a trusted third-party provider (such as Zeffy or Donorbox). Your payment card details are entered on their secure systems and are never collected, seen, or stored by Truth Seekers. We receive only the information needed to thank you and issue a tax receipt (such as your name, email, and gift amount).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to:

  • Respond to your questions, inquiries, and volunteer or partnership interest;
  • Process and acknowledge donations and provide tax receipts;
  • Send updates and newsletters you have requested;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our programs and this website.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our donation processor or email service), and only to the extent needed to provide that service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Children's Privacy

Our programs serve children, but this website is intended for adults (parents, guardians, donors, and volunteers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. Information about program participants is gathered offline, directly from a parent or guardian, and is kept confidential.

Cookies and Analytics

This is a simple, static website. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. Our donation provider may use cookies on their own secure pages to process your gift; their use is governed by their own privacy policy.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to it.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. You may also ask us what information we hold about you, or request that we correct or delete it, by emailing us at the address below.
